Service Nature
Japaseva provides devotional services related to naam japa and mantra chanting. These services are time-bound and scheduled in advance as part of batch processes.
Cancellations
Once an order is placed and assigned to a chanting batch, cancellation requests may not be accepted, as preparation and scheduling begin immediately.
Refunds
Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by the refund and return policies of the marketplace through which the order was placed, such as Amazon or Flipkart.
Japaseva does not process refunds directly through this website.
Physical Items
If physical items such as a pooja mala or mala bag are included with the service, their return or replacement is subject to the marketplace’s applicable policies.
Service Completion
Once chanting for a batch has commenced or been completed, refunds are not applicable for the devotional service component.
Exceptional Cases
In rare cases where a service cannot be performed due to unforeseen circumstances, appropriate resolution will be handled in coordination with the marketplace.
